The 70th Apartments
In November 2022, Renew Partners in partnership with Sabor Group USA and JCI Contractors secured construction financing from Erie Bank to start development of the apartments at The 70th.
The 64-unit multi-family residences located in Cleveland's Mid-Town Health Tech Corridor is set to begin construction in 2025. Located within a short distance to the Cleveland Clinic downtown campus, University Hospital, Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland State University, the new market rate rental building will serve as a premium and convenient housing option for the esteemed professionals of these institutions.
