A Bit About Me
Shawn Neece is a founding member of Renew Partners LLC. Shawn participates in the executive development and operations teams for all Renew’s projects and properties. He was also the founder and managing partner for NMS, a CPA, consulting, and wealth management firm. In that role, he worked closely with NMS’ real estate industries clients, with a focus on complex capital stacks and tax credits.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University, a Master of Accountancy degree from Kent State University, and is a CPA in both Ohio and Florida. He is a member of the AIPCA, Heritage Ohio, Geauga Growth Partnership, and other local and national associations. He also serves on various local boards and is an adjunct professor in the school of business at Lake Erie College.
