Agora

 On September 6th, 2022, Renew Partners, in collaboration with JCI Contractors and Sabor Group USA officially broke ground on The Offices and Residences at The Agora in Downtown Cleveland. This historic preservation project began with the construction and redesign of the East Wing building into offices for LDA Architects. This was followed by the adaptive reuse of the West Wing and  tower buildings into market rate apartment residences.

The Agora Projects is scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2024.
